I came to Dr. Cruz for laser treatment on my neck because I had a lot of pain and stiffness. After only 16 treatments we did an X-ray and my neck had gone from advanced stage 2 degeneration back to early stage 1. The disc in my neck was regenerated and the arthritis was almost completely gone. Comparing the X-rays, it doesn't even look like the same persons neck. Laser therapy has improved the quality of my life tremendously!

I was having severe neck pain on a daily basis. I was having headaches and tension in my neck so bad that I couldn't relax. I was waiting tables and I was unable to carry trays with food because it would strain my neck. Even going to sleep became a problem because I couldn't relax. To relieve my pain I used heat on my neck later to find out that I should have used an ice pack. Since I started chiropractic care I am now pain free and able to relax.

I was having severe low back pain. The pain was so bad I couldn't play basketball or lift weights. The pain started when I had a 4 wheeler accident about a year ago, and the pain was getting worse. I had to take Advil for the pain. I came to Dr. Cruz and on my x-rays it showed that I actually had fractured my lower back. I rested until it healed. I kept all my adjustments and I was able to play basketball within a month of care. Now the pain is gone and I continue my adjustments for correction to be a better performer in sports. I have been an active participant in chiropractic care for almost 2 years now. I am employed as a registered nurse at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. I endure long hours on my feet with intense work caring for critically ill patients. I began experiencing neck, shoulder and mid-back pain that was unrelieved by medical management. I must admit as a registered nurse knowing only medical modalities, I was skeptical of chiropractic care. A close friend encouraged me to give it a try. I was quickly won over after a few adjustments, since my pain had completely diminished. I was reborn again feeling less stress and more energetic. My entire family soon joined.
