I was born and raised in the mountains of western NC – a beautiful place to live and raise a family. I graduated from McDowell High School and then went on to Mars Hill College and received my x-ray certification from Guilford Community College. I am also a certified Laser Therapist, Lab Technician, and Health Coach.

Currently my husband and I travel across the country teaching other chiropractors and their staff about natural health care for both adults and children. Part of our mission is empowering chiropractors to reach their goals and spread a global vision for chiropractic that supports a better life naturally.

I have also invested many hours in the study of the Laws of Success and Leadership. The pursuit of excellence in my own life and empowering others to achieve excellence is a passion of mine. I enjoy working towards a better quality of life through chiropractic, nutrition, fitness, and education, and my mission is helping children and adults take the steps to develop the life they deserve.
