Financial Policy and Chiropractic Active Life Plan:
We are committed to providing you with the best chiropractic care possible in a caring environment and have established our financial policies to achieve that goal! We choose not to participate in any HMO or PPO plans. We have a chiropractic Active Life Plan which will help you and your family to receive the best care possible. The Active Life Plan gives you the most cost-effective way for your and your family to receive chiropractic care. You will be expected to pay for your first visit at the time of service. Details of the Active Life Plan will be discussed with you during your Chiropractic Report.
*Health Insurance: If you have insurance that covers chiropractic we are happy to bill the insurance for you. Some HMO and PPO plans offer coverage outside of the network. Our policy is that you pay for your first visit charges and any additional charges until you have a report to review your options for care and payment options. Please bring your insurance book or any information that will help us determine how much your insurance will participate in your care.
If you are like most of our patients and choose to participate in one of our Active Life Plans, there is a possibility we can incorporate your insurance coverage with your care plan. We will discuss this option with you during your Chiropractic Report.
