Financial Policy
You will be expected to pay for your first visit at the time of service. If you have insurance coverage this payment will go towards any co-pay or deductibles you may have.
We are committed to providing you with the best care possible in a caring environment and have established our financial policies to achieve that goal!
We have monthly payment plans which will help you and your family receive the best care possible.
Health Insurance
As a courtesy to all our patients we will file your insurance, we need a current copy of insurance information.
We choose to work for YOU and not the insurance company therefore we do not participate in any HMO or PPO plans. Some HMO and PPO plans offer coverage outside of the network. Our policy is that you pay for your first visit charges and any additional charges until you have a report to review your options for care and payments.
